Debunked Photo Evidence
Yorktown Memorial Hospital
March 17, 2012
As with the EVP, this piece of evidence comes from the first investigation not only for Yorktown but for the team as well. One of our investigators took this photo of the inner door leading to the chapel and presented it at the review. We all agreed we saw the shoulder and arm of a shadow being...
...however, when we went back the second time to Yorktown we looked at the spot in the daylight and found that the "shoulder" was just pareidolia caused by the way the paint on the door was peeling, combined with the angle and darkness of the shot produced this optical illusion.
